Questions on Dvorak Single-handed

• Will the DOS Right/Left Dvorak Keyboard for Win95 work in later versions of Windows?
Microsoft has included the single-handed layouts in all their operating systems since DOS 3.1. On some name brand computers where Windows is pre-loaded, the single-hand layouts are not loaded. The KEYtimer disk has Microsoft’s program, GA0650 with the single-hand layouts. To see how to load GA0650.exe, read the GA0650.txt file.

Win 95B & C weren’t made available in an upgrade format because they were supposed to use a different version of DOS. If the Right/Left Dvorak isn’t available for DOS in Win 95C, B or Win 98, do you have a Windows versions of your typing program for KEYtimer?
KEYTIME is coming out with a Windows version of KEYtimer soon! Keep in touch.

• Does your Right/Left Dvorak keyboard have sticker overlays applied to it or are the KEYlabels etched into the keys?
The KEYTIME Windows Right/Left keyboards have the keys arranged in the order of the Dvorak Right/Left layouts. KEYlabels are not necessary. They may be applied if the standard Qwerty layout is desired to be on the key tops.

• Does the keyboard have labels for standard Qwerty and Right/Left Dvorak or just Dvorak?
KEYTIME’s KEYlabels have all the letters needed to relabel a keyboard. Each key has it’s own sticker. How you apply them on the keys makes it the single-hand or Dvorak layout.
