Cancellation/Refund Policy

KEYTIME Classes (scheduled by KEYTIME): Requests for cancellation credits or refunds must be made in writing. Please clearly state your preference and the reason for cancellation. Credits will expire one year from the cancellation confirmation date. Once any part, of any session, has been attended the entire course cost is non-refundable. In lieu of cancelling, you have the option of a credit being placed on your account for use in the future. Credits cannot be used for refunds. Refunds, less a processing fee, are generally made within 3 weeks by check or the original payment method, whichever is applicable at the time of the request. Processing fees vary based upon original method of payment and processing. *** A 7% cancellation/processing fee will be deducted from the refund when cancelling 3 business days (defined as Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) before the class start date. *** A 14% cancellation/processing fee will be deducted from the refund when cancelling 2 business days before the class start date. *** A 21% cancellation/processing fee will be deducted from the refund when cancelling 1 business day before the class start date. Cancellations requested and/or enrollments completed on the class start date are ineligible for refunds. A credit will be held on your account for use at a future date. Form Your Own Classes (classes NOT initiated by KEYTIME; scheduled by entity forming class): Individually formed groups are non-refundable. Depending upon the circumstances, a credit may be held on the individual student’s account for use at a future date. Credits cannot be used for refunds. It is extremely rare that KEYTIME cancels any booked classes. In the event KEYTIME cancels a regularly scheduled class, you will be offered the option to reschedule, have your account credited, or receive a refund. You will be emailed notification at our earliest opportunity. You will be asked to respond to the email letting us know your preference. In the event of cancellation for Private Instruction the individual who booked the session will be notified and will be responsible for notifying the student(s). In the event of cancellation for Form Your Own Classes, the coordinator will be notified and will be responsible for notifying the students. [12112016]

Products: Requests for product refunds must be made in writing and the reason for return listed. Exchanges and returns must be received within 7 days of the confirmed delivery date. The product must be complete, appear unused, and be in saleable condition. Purchaser is responsible for shipping costs. It is advisable to have a method of return that can be confirmed. The original purchase price will be refunded less shipping and processing fees. If you’d prefer, you can opt for a credit to be held on your account. Please clearly state your preference.
