Cancellation/Refund Policy
KEYTIME Guarantee: No guarantee as to the word per minute or accuracy a student will attain is made. Program effectiveness is based on the student’s attendance, active participation, following directions, and completion of assignments. No refunds or credits will be made for attendee’s failure to fully participate during class and/or for disruptive behavior or activities. Students who fail to learn using our methodology can retake one course within 30 days of the original course completion without charge; restrictions apply.
KEYTIME Classes (scheduled by The KEYTIME Method): Discounted enrollments including special offers are non-refundable; an account credit will be applied when cancelled through this webpage. All class cancellation requests must be made in writing. Please clearly state your preference for a Refund or Credit, whichever is applicable, and the reason for cancellation. If no preference is included, a Credit will be assumed. Once processed, you will receive a Refund or Credit confirmation, whichever is applicable. Please contact us if you do not receive a written confirmation. Credits will expire one year from the cancellation confirmation date and will not be refunded. Once any part, of any session, has been attended the entire course cost is non-refundable. *No refunds or credits will be made for attendee’s failure to fully participate during class and/or for disruptive behavior/activities. In lieu of cancelling, you have the option to reschedule. A non-refundable credit will be placed on your account for future use. Refunds, less a cancellation/processing fee, are generally made within 3 weeks by the original payment method. Fees vary based upon the original method of payment, processing type, and date of cancellation. Please note: You will be charged a processing fee—of no less than the fee we are accessed—even if you cancel immediately after paying. *** 7% fee will be deducted from the refund when cancelling 3 business days (defined as Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) before the class start date. *** 14% fee will be deducted from the refund when cancelling 2 business days before the class start date. *** 21% fee will be deducted from the refund when cancelling 1 business day before the class start date. *** Late enrollments are non-refundable. Cancellations requested and/or enrollments completed on the class start date are ineligible for refunds. A credit will be held on your account for use at a future date. Online Classes (scheduled by The KEYTIME Method): Online Classes are non-refundable. If you need to cancel, consider rescheduling instead and receive an account credit. In order to be eligible for the credit, your rescheduling request must be made in writing. Credits expire one year from the request date. Credits cannot be used for refunds. Private Instruction (classes NOT initiated by The KEYTIME Method including Private Instruction; classes scheduled by entity forming class): Individually formed sessions, classes and groups are non-refundable including those arranged for online instruction. The KEYTIME Method makes no guarantee as to the word per minute or accuracy a student will attain. Program effectiveness is based on the student’s attendance, active participation, following directions, and completion of assignments. No refunds or credits will be made for attendee’s failure to fully participate during class and/or for disruptive behavior/activities. **** Individually formed sessions, classes and groups are non-refundable. Circumstantially, on a case-by-case basis, a credit may be held on the individual student’s account for use at a future date. Exceptions are at the sole discretion of KEYTIME. It is extremely rare that classes booked by The KEYTIME Method are cancelled. In the event that we cancel a regularly scheduled class, you will be offered the option to reschedule, have your account credited, or receive a refund. You will be emailed notification at our earliest opportunity. You will be asked to respond to the email letting us know your preference. In the event of cancellation for Private Instruction: the individual who booked the session will be notified and will be responsible for notifying the student(s). In the event of cancellation for Form Your Own Classes, the coordinator will be notified and will be responsible for notifying the students. [12112016]
Products: Requests for product refunds must be made in writing and the reason for return listed. Refunds will only be issued for defective products. Exchanges and returns must be received within 7 days of the confirmed delivery date. The product must be complete, appear unused, and be in saleable condition. Purchaser is responsible for shipping costs. It is advisable to have a method of return that can be confirmed. The original purchase price will be refunded less shipping and processing fees.
